When a refund or replacement may apply
A refund or replacement may apply when account karma does not match the listing; within the first 48 hours, supplied login details fail or the password cannot be changed using the supplied email; or the account is shadowbanned before login.
A paid service may also qualify for review if it is discontinued after payment. Each request is considered against the order details and the issue reported.
What to do when there is a problem
- Check the account details and report an access or listing issue as soon as possible.
- Include the order information and a clear description of what happened.
- Use each account responsibly and follow Reddit’s rules while an issue is being reviewed.
